	The Dnepr Motorcycle was made by the KMZ factory in Kiev in Ukraine and sold in the UK under various names including Neval Dnieper, Cossack D650, Phoenix, MT11, Neval Classic. It is easy to confuse with the Russian Ural motorcycle but almost none of the spares and parts are interchangeable.
